Cancelling the order
The order can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, via e-mail to email@example.com. When cancelling the order, it is necessary to provide the name and surname, e-mail address, order number or description of ordered goods. In this case, we consider the order to be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the order, we do not charge any penalties or other fees related to the order cancellation. In case that the purchaser has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be reimbursed without undue delay within 14 days of cancellation by wire transfer to the designated account, unless agreed otherwise with the operator. In case that the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the sudden disposal of the stock, the seller commits to inform the purchaser and agree on the next ordering procedure.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the purchaser has entered false and misleading information in the registration form and when ordering the goods.
Warranty period and claim of goods
The warranty period for the goods purchased is normally 24 months. The warranty service is provided by the Internet shop operator. The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage or natural wear of the goods.
Incompleteness of the consignment or damage to the goods must be reported within 24 hours from receipt of the shipment via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Later claims of incompleteness or mechanical damage to the product may not be recognized. If you wish to claim the goods you have purchased, please contact us in advance. Return the goods to Ing. Marek Urbančok, P. Dobšinského 1529/22, 979 01 Rimavská Sobota, Slovakia. The claim will be completed as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of claiming and accepting the goods claimed. The goods sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted, so we recommend sending the goods as a recommended shipment. You will be notified of the outcome of your claim immediately after the termination of the claim procedure by email.
Repair of goods
We offer repairs of goods due to external influences (falls and the like) or minor production errors. Send us brief description with attached photo of damaged or defective goods by e-mail to email@example.com. Depending on the seriousness of the damage and our consideration, the goods will be repaired. Repair of the goods is ensured also after the expiration of the warranty period. We emphasize that repairs do not apply to natural wear of goods.
